Milling Machine ARES 4826 TUCU

This is a 5-axis machine designated for the work in areas with laminate dust.

The manufacturer guarantees the highest level of reliability, high work speed, rigidity of the machine foundation, flexibility and productivity.

The installation is provided with mechanical protection of X and Z axes by double stripping on a prismatic guide of X, Y and Z axes. Work unit is composed of an all-purpose TUCU cutter head with tool change option.
Power 12 kW; maximum speed 22 000 rpm/min. Tool clamping system by means of HSK 63/F cone.
The installation has an 8-tool magazine with positioning device.

Work tables:
Extensible work tables using twin-table loading system. "Twin shuttle" loading version. 
Work table dimensions 2160 x 2020mm.
The tables work detachably using a shuttle system. If large workpieces need to be treated, the tables can be connected mechanically and electronically to each other to have one big table for the work.

The milling machine has a flexible vacuum clamping system of the workpieces using suction pads. The pads are set to positions by means of gauges.

Numeric control:

The installation uses the numeric control system OSAI  S 10i. To facilitate creation of programs the machine has a portable control panel provided with touch display. Using a "teach-in" system it enables simple programming of cutting trajectories directly in the CNC machining centre.

POWER ARM software allows the user to identify relevant points on the sample and define the machining trajectory using a programming mode.
