Our scope of services also includes Rapid Prototyping technology providing rapid manufacturing solutions for prototypes or 3D printing.
3D printing technology is based on the layer-by-layer deposition of extremely thin coats of ABS molten material.
We are able to manufacture components according to your own design quickly and accurately. In specific cases such parts can be used for normal operation.
Data obtained from various CAD systems will be converted to *.stl format and loaded into the printer. The final product can then be finished within several minutes or hours.
Printer parameters:
- Maximum printout size 203 x 203 x 305 mm; larger components can be printed out optionally by dividing the larger model into parts, which are then glued together
- Printing material: ABS cartridges 922 cu. cm
- Material colour: white, yellow, blue, red, green
- Printout material layers: 0.2 – 0.3 mm
